Join us on Sunday mornings and discover that we are a relationally-driven, Scripture-focused, Christ-exalting church that worships in a casual setting. Dress comfortably!


Our Sunday service consists of corporate worship, prayer, the public reading of Scripture, and practical teaching from the Word of God. Our service begins at 10:00 am, but The Avenue Coffee Area opens at 9:00 am.  If you choose to come early, you can grab a custom beverage and relax before the service begins.


Communion:  Once per month, we observe the Ordinance of Communion as we remember what Jesus has done for us. All those who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ are welcome to participate. If you are still undecided about Jesus, don't worry.  You don't have to participate in this time.  

Two Buildings For Ministry

WHERE DO I TAKE MY KIDS ON SUNDAY MORNINGS?

Our children's ministry building is directly to the south of The Avenue (our main worship facility). 


On Sunday mornings, during our worship service, our children from birth through third grade meet in our children's building across the parking lot. You may check your children in as early as 9:00 am, then come on over to The Avenue to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax with friends before the worship service. These two buildings are in very close proximity. It is a very short walk between buildings which are linked by a sidewalk.


We take security in our nursery and Children's Ministry rooms very seriously.  When you check in at the check-in kiosk, you will receive two name tags; one for your child and one for you.  These name tags have your child's name and matching identification numbers on them. When you pick up your child, we will compare your name tags at the door to make sure each child leaves with the correct person. 


A cry room is available at The Avenue for those families who choose to keep their young children with them during the worship service.

Our Location

Our facility is located at 215 N. Warrior Lane, Waukee, IA 50263.  Our main worship facility is located next to Farrell's Fitness. It is directly across the street from the Waukee YMCA.
